Student sues Legal College over examination result

A student, Alfa Ephraim, has dragged the College for Legal Studies, Yola, before a court for allegedly denying him of his examination result after passing his papers.
The case was mentioned yesterday at a sitting presided over by Justice Bobbo Umar of the Adamawa state High Court, Yola.

Alfa Ephraim had accused the school management of refusing to release his examination result which, according to him, they have continued to keep five years after his expected year of graduation.
Also joined in the suit is provost of the College for Legal Studies, Suleiman Modibbo.
After mentioning, the Justice Bobbo adjourned the case to April 18, this year, when hearing would resume.
Counsel to the plaintiff was Barrister Frank Ogbe, while Barrister R.N. Gah, held brief for the counsel to the defendants, A. A. Tahir.
