Osun state police command has arrested three suspected members of unlawful society that have been disturbing peace in Osogbo, the state capital.
The suspects are: Adekunle Usman (26), Adeagbo Musbau (20), and Ogunwale Pelumi (23).
According to the police spokesperson, Yemisi Opalola, the hint was received on March 8, 2024, at about 12:30pm, that some hoodlums suspected to be members of unlawful society were terrorizing Alekuwodo Area, Osogbo.
She said, “Immediately the information was received, police detectives from anti cultism unit swung into action and apprehended the suspects, while others took to their heels.
“Suspects confessed to be members of Aye confraternity and they will be charged to court after the completion of investigation.”
