Bandits have killed one and abducted students, teachers at Government Science College Kagara, Niger state.
The abduction of the students reportedly occurred in an early morning raid Wednesday during which some staff of the school were also taken away.
Blueprint learnt that the number of students involved are not yet ascertained
However, a staff was said to be lucky to have escaped from the bandits to give some insights on how the attack happened.
According to him, “The gunmen gathered some staff and students at a place for hours before moving them out of the school premises to an unknown destination.”
He said, “A student was killed by the gunmen in the abduction process at the school premises.”
He said he he escaped from the gunmen around six this morning.
