FMJ fetes staff at 12th Annual love feast


The Justice Christian Fellowship Friday celebrated Christian members of the ministry at its 12th annual love feast.

The programme which was organised by its Chapel of Mercy was themed: ‘Benefits of life’.

Speaking at the occasion, the Solicitor General and Permanent secretary, Dayo Apata, SAN enjoined brethren to always acknowledge God favour and mercy upon their lives.


He said, “Life is too short not to use it in the service of God who gave us life. His favour and mercy in our lives cannot be quantified.”

The SGF then charged all to rededicate their lives to God.

In his sermon at the programme, Reverend Ayodele Jatto, urged Christians to take stock of their lives and strive to do good and impact life’s at all time.

Jatto who took his Bible reading from the book of 1st John 12, Isaiah 40 5:8 and Rev. 22:11 further charged brethren to give their lives to God and show love at christmas, reminding Jesus was the reason for the season.

Also speaking, a guest speaker and Director General, Nigerian Copyright Commission, (NCC) Mr John Asein, praised the organisers for the get together, urging them to sustain the tempo.

According to him, the 12th edition of the programme has signified that the church of God has come a long way and has grown.

The Fellowship Coordinator, Pastor Blessing Oladimeji  thanked the donors for giving to the Lord and affecting lives. He also praised the SGF and those who were up and doing towards ensuring the programme success.

In a brief remark, the Deputy Director Press, Mrs Module Ogundoro, charged brethren to renew their pledges to show love and serve God.


“We are celebrating Jesus, therefore, we must endeavor to embrace peace and love which Christ personifies,” Ogundoro added.
