Wike breaks silence on APC ‘s Muslim-Muslim ticket

The Rivers State governor, Nyesom Wike, has now spoken on the All Progressives Congress (APC) Muslim-Muslim presidential ticket.

The former presidential aspirant spoke on Sunday at the special dedication service for the Rivers State Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) 2023 election campaign rallies.

The event held at the St. Paul’s Anglican Church in Port Harcourt, the Rivers capital.

Wike also said it’s an insult to ignore zoning the presidency.

While the All Progressives Congress (APC) has fielded a Muslim-Muslim ticket for the presidency, the PDP presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar, is also a northerner like the incumbent president, Muhammadu Buhari.

Speaking at the event, Wike said it is important to ensure fair representation in the country’s political setting.
