League one champion, Paris Saint-Germain have demanded a quick response from Kylian Mbappe about his future plans.
According to Le Parisien, PSG have informed the 24-year-old’s mother and agent, Fayza Lamari, that the player must make a decision to extend his contract or leave this summer.
Mbappe’s future at the Parc des Princes remains uncertain after he made it clear he would not extend his deal.
His current contract runs out in June 2024, and PSG will not allow their star player to leave as a free agent.
While the decision is down to Mbappe, PSG Nasser Al Khelaifi has informed Lamari of the situation.
“I didn’t think a letter would kill someone or offend anyone. We can’t control people’s reactions, but I don’t care,” Mbappe said before France played Gibraltar.
“Staying at PSG is my only option for now.”
