In a bid to redefine the landscape of wealth management in Nigeria, the Ministry of Finance Incorporated (MOFI) holds its inaugural public wealth management conference.
According to MOFI’s management, “the conference marks a significant milestone in our journey towards optimizing public wealth for national prosperity.”
Earlier this year, MOFI took over the management of the federal government’s share in Distribution Companies (DisCos) following a directive by the Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy.
The conference which has as its theme ‘Unveiling Nigeria’s Wealth Future’, promises to be a defining moment in the journey of MOFI and the management of public wealth in Nigeria.
With the precarious state of the Nigerian economy, analysts have called for a new approach to Nigeria’s wealth management.
