Israel ready to say goodbye to cancer – CUFI

The Christians United for Israel (CUFI) yesterday said the state of Israel is ready to release the cure for cancer.
Executive Secretary of CUFI prayer outreach Nigeria, Rev. Sampson Ozovehi, made this known during the stakeholders’ forum meeting held at the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) headquarters in Kaduna, explaining that Israel was ready to help the world say “goodbye to cancer” disease.
He said the meeting was to celebrate the state of Israel at 70, noting that according to the Jewish calendar, the anniversary was supposed to be celebrated on the 11th of April but the United Nations calendar puts it on the 14th of May. Ozovehi described Israel as a nation which deserved to be celebrated by whole world owing to its immense contributions the development of humanity. “In every family of today, there is presence of the state of Israel, either through their technology or innovation.
Israel as a nation is a blessing to the whole world and not just to Christians alone. “Talking about cell phone production, aviation industry and agriculture among others, everyone on earth today is a beneficiary of a nation that is just 70 years,” he said.
Ozovehi, however, noted that despite Nigeria being among the countries that earlier voted against Jerusalem as the capital of Israel at the UN convention, Christians across the country will on the 3rd of June gather at National Christian Centre in Abuja to celebrate the state of Israel.
“At least 5,000 Nigerians will be at the National Christian Centre in Abuja to celebrate the state of Israel,” O z o v e hi said. While blaming the silence of Nigerians on the vote against Israel, Oz o v e hi gave assurance that CUFI Nigeria would invite all international media organisations for coverage of the event, where Christians will dissociate themselves from the voting that took place in December last year against Israel.
