Police operatives in Imo have finally identified and arrested a police officer believed to be serving in the Imo state Police command who was seen in a viral video abusing a young man by removing his cap and slapping him.
The video was titled “Police will never be your friend, especially the ones In Owerri”.
According to the Command’s spokesman, ASP Henry Okoye, the Commissioner of Police, Imo State, Mohammed Ahmed Barde, frowned at the development and ordered a full scale investigation on the matter as the officer is currently undergoing room trial.
