HRORBN inducts 29 Federal School of Statistic graduates 

 

 The Health Records Officers Registration Board of Nigeria (HRORBN) has inducted 29 fresh entrants trained at the Federal School of Statistics, Manchok, Kaduna state.

The registrar of the board, Alhaji Babagana Mustapha, administered the oath at the first induction and oath-taking ceremony at the institution.

Represented by Umar Sani, coordinator, Northwest Zonal office, Kaduna, Mustapha congratulated the inductees and described them as great addition to the Health Information Management (HIM) profession.

The registrar enjoined them to adhere to the oath they had taken in order to achieve the set goals of health information management. 

He urged the graduands to be good ambassadors of HIM and avoid any act capable of bringing the profession into disrepute.

“As you are aware, you are not just inductees but ambassadors of health information management anywhere you might find yourself.

“I urge you to use the knowledge you have acquired to bring to bear the desired and needed change in health care service delivery,” he stated

 He said  as ambassadors of HIM, they were now partners in progress with the board in ensuring that quackery is eradicated to the bearest minimum.
