Emovworho tasks Tinubu on free trade zone in Africa

Comrade Austin Obule Emovworho Monday urged President Bola Tinubu to implement a Free Trade Zone within the African sub-region for the socio-economic development of the region.

Emovworho who made the call in a statement issued in Abuja on Monday July 24, 2023 and made available to Blueprint, said doing so would allow access to regional and global markets for the development of African countries.

He said he was optimistic that President Tinubu’s new role as ECOWAS chairman would foster improved regional integration, cooperation, border security, and coordinated monetary affairs.

Comrade Emovworho who is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Emovworho Logistics Limited, stated the importance of collaboration among all African nation states to achieve shared objectives of enhancing border security and promoting regional integration.

He said a further demonstration of the commitment of Tinubu to constantly dialogue with Nigerians and lend a listening ear to their concerns has been yielding results.

“The commitment of Tinubu shall revive border security and other aspects of the ECOWAS sub region.

“The president has promised to run a government that will not make life difficult for Nigerians which I believe will be extended to the neighbouring countries,” he said.
