Nigeria leading IT solutions and service company, Dataflex Nigeria Limited, has showcased new cutting edge technology it said will help organisations innovate and help improve service delivery, business performance, and help customers drive growth in terms of making money, profits and also giving their customers wonderful customer experience.
Speaking at a Dataflex Technology cosmic event with clients, its Executive Director, Martins Ndigwe, said the flagship event in partnership with Westcon-Comstor, a global technology provider and specialist distributor was aimed at showcasing interesting solutions from renowned Original Equipment Manufacturers partners Cisco and Netapp.
According to him, Africa spends over USD70 billion on Information Technology in 2022, representing a 10.4 percent increment in expenditure compared to the previous year, and affirmed that the statistic shows there are several trends in technology to leverage on in solving critical business challenges which hasn’t been explored.
Martins highlighted some of the major critical challenges that are limiting the growth of IT solutions in the country to include lack of technical know-how, governance regulation and compliance, limited budgets and funding for IT projects as well as integration of multiple systems from multiple vendors and lack of relevant IT solutions in the market.
