Dankwambo tasks youths on nation-building

Gombe Gombe state government has called on youth to continue to behave well and contribute positively towards the development of the state.
Governor Ibrahim Dankwambo made the call in a goodwill message on the occasion of the 2019 Democracy Day in Gombe.
In a statement issued yesterday, the Governor called on Nigerians to rededicate themselves in nation building, remain united and to frontally confront the problems withequanimity.
While tasking Nigerians on nation building, Dankwambo urged the people to appreciate their diversity “through understanding and recognition of interest of various ethnic nationalities in the country as well as promoting brotherhood and respect for one another.” “The commemoration of this year’s democracy and indeed all the previous years is therefore a celebration of Democracy, Political Stability and Freedom.” While soliciting the resilience and determination of Nigerians, particularly the good people of Gombe state, Dankwambo assured of his administration’s commitment to “improving the well-being of the people through the provision of socio- economic infrastructure, ensuring peace and security, law and Justice as well as providing equal opportunities and level playing ground to all irrespective of politic
