Coy set to develop 3000 housing facility in Abuja, calls on Nigerians to buy property

In a bid to reduce the housing deficit in the country especially the Federal Capital Territory, FCT,  First Rotech Group of Companies has engaged in the construction of the best modern facility otherwise known as Abuja Airport Garden City.

The estate which is planned to include facilities such as schools, hospitals, shopping malls, and a university among others is located at Airport Road, Lugbe, Abuja.

In an interview with journalists at the project site, the company’s Chief Executive Officer, Chief Austin Chukwudi Oguejiofor, called on Nigerians to take the opportunity and invest in the estate by buying landed property and houses in the area, noting that it’s the most serene, secure and peaceful estate in Nigeria.

According to him, “This Abuja Airport Garden City is the first of its kind that is Dubai standard and will have 3000 houses”

He maintained that about 250 hectares of land and other facilities like schools, hospitals, shopping malls, universities, etc will be part of its standard facilities.

The CEO stated that the project is a multi-billion naira project that everyone could ever think of owning a property, positing that it’s in partnership with the federal government of Nigeria.

Consequently, in the area of security standards, the Police AIG Ogundele Ayodeji while on a inspection visit to the site remarked in an interview  with newsmen that the place is conducive enough for the developers to come hence passing a Vote of Confidence on the project.

However, Mrs Chika Oguejiofor who also spoke on the project said it’s a good one and the first of its kind. She noted that the benefit of the investors might have some discount.

Also, during the inspection, the  Director of Engineering, John El Chami, said it’s the  first of its  kind ever seen  “It is a big project that will contain about 3000 houses and it’s worth celebrating, a stone through to the airport, hence  calling on Nigerians  to grab the opportunity and own property(s) in the estate.

Suleiman Galadima, a member of Rotech Group of Companies, also said the project is a great one and one of the best.

MD of Rotech Group of Companies, Mohamad Harb,  also gave his vote of Confidence to the developers, urging investors to come within a short period noting that the palatial estate will be completed soon.

Uche Okeke, the Chief Operating Officer in a chat with journalists said “This beautiful Abuja Airport Garden City has all facilities both schools, hospital, shopping mall, a university with one of the most peaceful and serene environment ever developed in recent times ” he stressed.
