After after securing bail on Monday February 6, 2023, a serving House of Representatives member Alhassan Ado Doguwa now has his name reportedly missing from list of those elected on February 25 National Assembly election.
Doguwa was declared winner after the election, but his name was not found on the list which INEC released on Tuesday morning ahead of their inauguration.
This is happening days after he was arrested over his alleged involvement in the killing of some persons and burning of New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) in his constituency last week.
The police thereafter arraigned him at the Federal High Court in Kano.
The court later granted him of N500 million bail and barred him from the upcoming governorship and house of assembly elections on March 11, 2023.
