Bala lauds Sheikh Jingir’s contributions to propagation of Islam 

 

Governor Bala Mohammed of Bauchi state has applauded Sheikh Sani Yahaya Jingir for his tireless efforts in spreading the message of peace and unity which have truly made a lasting impact on the lives of the citizens.

The governor who was speaking when he received Sheikh Jingir at the Government House, Bauchi, on a condolence visit over the death of his step mother, acknowledged the Islamic cleric’s leadership style and unwavering commitment to the promotion of Islam through the Jamaatu Izalatul Bidi’a Wa Iqamatis Sunnah (JIBWIS).

Governor Bala also pointed out that Sheikh Jingir’s contributions to the religious and community development are immeasurable, as through his work with JIBWIS, he has not only fostered a deeper understanding of Islamic faith, but also promoted tolerance and interfaith dialogue.

“I am honoured to receive you on a condolence visit. Your willingness to comfort us in our time of sorrow is a testament to your compassionate nature and your deep-rooted connection with the people of this state.”

Sheikh Jingir commended Governor Bala for his administration’s tireless efforts and unwavering commitment towards the development and progress of Bauchi state, adding that the construction of mosques across Bauchi state by the governor has not only provided Muslim faithful with dignified spaces for worship, but also serves as hubs for religious education, community engagement, and spiritual nourishment. 

Sheikh Jingir noted that Governor Mohammed’s commitment to promoting Islamic values and safeguarding the religious identity of people is truly commendable and reassured him of the continued support of the group for the success of his administration.
