Youth urge Buhari to apprehend Aso Villa burglars within 48hrs

A group, PDP Youth Vanguard, has given President Muhammadu Buhari a 48-hour ultimatum to fish out the robbers that burgled the Chief of Staff’s residence within the Aso Villa and prosecute them according to the law.

The group’s coordinator, Ibrahim Ahmadu, while reacting to a recent report of a case of armed robbery in Aso Villa, noted that if the Aso Villa could be robbed and there had been no report of arrest, then the security of the country had gone terribly bad.

“Nigerians deserve to know the truth and we demand for answers in the next two days. Nigerians will no longer tolerate the level of insecurity going on in the country,” he said.

Speaking on the mass disengagement of Kaduna state workers, Ahmadu said the governor “is taking the patience of the indigenes for a ride.”

“Which government in its right senses will disengage over 4,000 workers just after Covid-19 pandemic and increase school fees in all state tertiary institutions by 400%. This is complete wickedness and a high level of insensitivity by the government.

“If el-Rufai is embarking on his elephant projects, the people of the state should be notified, despite the havoc wreaked which have cost the government in all sectors of governance bad blood.

“All is not well with the people of Kaduna state and that is why the governed haven’t seen the dividends of democracy in their elected leader, more so, that the wish of the people is being subverted, despite the interference of court in cases of land.”
