The management committee of Kano Pillars Football Club has suspended the team’s head coach Alhaji Audu Maikaba over comments credited to the embattled coach.
A reliable source told Blueprint that the board is currently holding meeting on the situation.
The source also confirmed to Blueprint that Maikaba was suspended for thirty (30) days and a committee was setup to investigate his wrong doing at the club.
Meanwhile Ahamd Garba Yaro-yaro has been assigned to take over as acting head coach of the club with immediate effect.
