Chairman Board of Trustees, Project 774 for Tinubu/Shettima, Senator Aliyu Sabi Abdullahi, has promised to mobilise votes in 774 local governments of Nigeria for the All Progressives Congress, APC, presidential candidates, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Kashim Shettima.
Abdullahi spoke during the inauguration of the Project 774, held at the campaign office of the APC in Abuja.
He said Nigerians knew the stakes were high with the APC, saying that the presidential candidates will deliver on their mandates.
He said, “With APC, the stakes are higher. Nigerians have seen it all, Nigeria knows it and Nigeria will never allow other than what we know to happen. Nigerians know that Tinubu/Shettima are the candidates they are waiting for. They can’t jump the time but they are patiently waiting for 2023.
“We are mobilising votes for electoral victory. The two candidates we have are core democrats, they are people who believe in the principles of democracy, they know what it takes to deliver dividends of democracy and that is what Nigerians are asking for now, that is why the stakes are high.
“We are confident that with the support group we are having, which is purely volunteer by members of the APC, we are going to mobilise votes from all the units to ensure victory for Tinubu as President and Kashim Shettima as Vice President.
“We are mobilising votes across all the units in the 774 local governments to make sure that we secure the votes that will give us all the victory we need, that is our strategy.”
