Bliss met fun over the weekend when African reigning Afro Pop star, Ayodeji Balogun A.ka Wizkid, stormed Abuja the nation capital, to entertain visiting African Youths Entrepreneurs.
The Nigerian born pop superstar star and UBA brand ambassador got another opportunity to interface and entertain his numerous fans and music buffs at Transcorps Hilton over the weekend, at the instance of the Tony Elumelu Entrepreneurship Foundation Forum.
Prior to Wizkid appearance, Disk Jockey, Ifeoluwa Otedola popularly known as DJ Cuppy , Imohiosen Patrick, DJ Neptune, gorgeous Nigerian Singer, Niniola Apata and a host of local artistes had electrified the well lit music arena, dishing out hit songs back to back.
Obviously the big star of the night, Wizkid lived up to the billings when he eventually mounted the stage at about 10.04 pm.
Decked in black short and top designer signature with inscription, the sensational singer kept his fans yearning for more tracks after the rendition of his popular solo tracks like Ojuelegba, Manya, Eledumare, Yappa, Wine to the top among others to the admiration of music enthusiasts who thronged the venue.
Overwhelmed by his acceptance, Wizkid in his characteristic manners also threw some gifts and souvenirs to the excited crowd who according to him has been the secret behind the ‘Wizkid brand’.
The hallmark of the event was when models from different designer outlets struts in their apparel on the runway at the market place arena.
