President Bola Tinubu has scheduled a meeting between Governor Rotimi Akeredolu of Ondo state and his deputy, Lucky Aiyedatiwa.
Also invited for the meeting slated for Friday in Abuja are the Speaker of the state House of Assembly, Olamide Oladiji, and members of the assembly, Blueprint gathered.
Also, it was learnt that the state chairman of the party, Ade Adetimehin, other state leaders of the party as well as National Assembly members representing the state, have equally been invited to the meeting.
Blueprint reports that the essence of the meeting will not be unconnected to the long-raging disagreement between the governor and his deputy.
The fight between the duo had degenerated to the state assembly serving the deputy governor an impeachment notice over alleged gross misconduct, a move that had been challenged by the state’s number two man.
