Ondo declares 2 work free days for Akeredolu’s burial 

The Ondo state  government has declared Thursday, 22nd and Friday, 23rd of February, 2024 as public holidays in the state 

in honour of the former governor of the state, late Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Odunayo Akeredolu, SAN, CON.

A statement signed by the chief press secretary to the governor, Ebenezer Adeniyan, said the governor, Lucky Orimisan Ayedatiwa declared the two work free days to allow the

 people of the state to participate in the burial activities of the former governor.

The burial activities, which started last Thursday, continues and ends Sunday with a thanksgiving service.
