Former President of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) Alhaji Sani Lulu Abdullahi has advised players of Fosla Football Club to continue to work hard, as Nigerians would soon testify to their greatness in the game of football.
Lulu who received football club members who were part of the FCT silver winning football team at just concluded National Sports Festival (NSF) in Asaba, Delta State, acknowledged the impact of the players in the FCT team.
He appreciated them for being good Ambassadors of the Academy where ever they found themselves.
He then charged them to be patient and remain disciplin6e in and out of the field, as the world is waiting for them to excel.
He congratulated the FCT team and the players, and advised them to remain focused for subsequent games.
Four players from the Fosla Football Club, who are students of the Nasarawa State University Keffi were part of the FCT Football team to NSF.
The players were Gabriel Achu, Abdullahi Mohammed “Kekere”, Moses Aluko and Zakari Amodu.
Also, Kekere used the opportunity to present his certificate of return as the Students Union Director of Sports at the Nasarawa State University to the Proprietor of his Club.
Lulu advised him to ensure that he surpasses the performance of his predecessors, and to remember that a leader is a slave to his followers.
