A donor, CEO May Foundation, Hajia Maryam Yusuf, weekend called on women to help fight crimes and other vices in the country.
She made the call when distributing food items and cash to Muslim faithful for the holy month of Ramadan in Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC), Abuja.
She noted that fasting in the holy month of Ramadan is compulsory for Muslims as stipulated in the Glorious Qur’an; urging AMAC women to use the holy month to pray for Nigeria, the FCT administrators as well as the leadership of Abuja Municipal Area Council under the chairmanship of Alhaji Abdullahi Adamu Candido.
She said mothers need to help security operatives in curbing insecurity in the land.
