Super Eagles winger, Moses Simon will undergo surgery for a fractured left leg ankle injury Friday, his French Ligue 1 club have disclosed.
The 28-year-old winger suffered the injury on Super Eagles duty against Mali Tuesday in Marrakesh, Morocco.
He collided with the Mali goalkeeper during a fast counter attack after half an hour of action.
Moses Simon only recently signed a new three-year contract with the club.
His initial contract was due to run out this summer.
