Imo 2019: Ofoegbu drums support for Ihedioha

A People’s Democratic Party (PDP) chieftain in Owerri North local government of Imo state, Uche Ofoegbu has drummed up support for the party’s flag bearer in the 2015 governorship election, Chief Emeka Ihedioha.
He publicly declared his support for Ihedioha when his campaign train arrive Orji with the aim of meeting with all the wards in the area.
The party chieftain told thousands of party supporters that he decided to stick out his neck for Ihedioha because of his belief that he was capable of delivering as governor of the state.
He advised them not to vote for any aspirant outside Owerri zone because it was clearly the turn of the zone to produce governor in 2019, adding that he was the aspirant to beat.
In his own speech on the occasion, the former deputy speaker assured that the plots of land where Governor Rochas Okorocha built his Rochas Foundation College at Orji town would be recovered and given to the original owners, not minding the structures erected on them.
He also said all important roads in the local government would be rehabilitated as soon as he emerge governor
