I’m ready for Eagles job-Siasia

One-time Super Eagles gaffer, Samson Siasia has declared his readiness to reclaim back the job he lost to his former captain Stephen Okechukwu Keshi by declaring his interest in the coveted assignment.
Speaking yesterday like somebody who is privy to happenings
behind the scene, the Olympic silver medalist coach said:”Right

Now, you guys should know that Keshi has no job right now and anything can happen, what we all are waiting for is for the new NFF to take a decision, and if am called why not”

Keshi currently is having a running battle with the nation’s football establishment over his re-engagement as the Eagles coach.
Siasia speaking on the sideline at  the inauguration of a new football foundation known as Friends of Nigerian Football Foundation, also  used the occasion to warn that given the way thing are now, Nigeria’s  Nations cup qualification bid is tottering.
” We all should know that if anything  negative happens in  Sudan by way of result, we have to forget qualification no matter the magic we want to kindle at home,” he said.

The Bayelsa-born coach said he has learnt his lessons and assuring that if he is given another chance to tinker the senior national team ”Nigerians and the world will see a new Siasia that will
be difficult to beat.”
Asked if he is not ashamed to eye the job of a colleague, he fired back: ”Why will that bother me, after all he was called to take my job. That does not mean we are enemies as it is done all over the world.”
