The recently-concluded Bayelsa governorship election, held on November 11, which saw the re-election of Governor Douye Diri of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has been attributed to data mining strategic planning, among others.
His emergence, according to stakeholders, reveal the meticulous deliberate policies orchestrated by CellHub’s Managing Director, Mr. Idris Usman and his team.
