Groups drum support for Balogun’s presidential ambition

Over 150 Pro Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) organizations have declared support for the Presidential ambition of Dr. Muhammed Oliver Balogun.
The National Coordinator of the group, Dr. Obu O. Obu, who addressed newsmen yesterday in Abuja at the end of a rally, said their support for Dr. Balogun was due to his known experience as a Nigerian leader that would take them to the Promised Land.
They are convinced that he will ensure rapid socio-economic and political developments.
“We, the Pro-PDP groups numbering over 150 having closed ranks and done our homework very well, hereby declare our intention to file behind Muhammed Oliver Balogun, who was also an experienced economist and an estate developer in Oyo, Lagos and the United Kingdom (UK).
He is man of integrity, vision and passion who will ensure human capital development.
“He has consummate desire to create impact in our governance system and also ensure that the society benefits from his wealth of experience in business management, finance and personnel administration.
He is convinced that one major role of government outside provision of security is to create enabling environment for business to thrive,” Obu said.
The National Secretary of the group, Chief Hyginus Aghabo, describes Balogun as young dynamic man that will turn around the future of Nigeria and we urge Nigerians from all nooks and carnies to support them.
He added that for any society to effectively and efficiently enjoy delivery of other goodness and initiatives, it requires a vibrant and purposeful leader who would assist in the activation, growth and development for a positive multiplier effect.
