Dunkwu lauds appointment of Doris Uboh as Executive Director in REA

The Deputy Chief of Staff to the Speaker House of Representative, Dr Chamberlain Nnamdi Dunkwu, has lauded the appointment of Hon Engr Doris Uboh as the Executive Director Rural Electrification Fund in the Rural Electrification Agency (REA), saying she will bring her professional calling to bear to tackle perennial problems facing the power sector

He also commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s eye for the best which he demonstrated once again in the appointment of Engr. Uboh, who is a graduate of Electrical Engineering and a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers.

In a congratulatory message personally signed by Dr Dunkwu on Friday, he described her as a square peg in a square hole.

He described the Hon Doris as a thorough bred politician, educated to the highest level, an expert in the game of politics, who has capacity to deliver on the Renewed Hope Agenda of the current administration.

Dr. Dunkwu who hails from Ika Federal Constituency and has empowered several people in his Delta North Senatorial District also hoped that Engr Uboh will use her office to help her people and the nation at large.

He said “I am optimistic that your appointment will usher in peace in the area. It will also be an era of positive revolution in the vineyard to help our people and nation at large.

“I pray that the Almighty God will bless you with good health of mind and body so that you will continue to serve Nigeria as your country, and the people according to God’s wishes.

Engr. Uboh hails from Ekuku Agbor Ika South Local Government Area of Delta State, is a constituent of the Delta North APC leader.
