Rangers celebrate Igboke’s Super Eagles’ invitation

Rangers International Fc of Enugu have celebrated Kenneth Igboke’s invitation to the Super Eagles for the 2026 World Cup qualifiers match against South Africa and Benin Republic.

Igboke was named as replacement for the injured Victor Osimhen by Super Eagles head coach Finidi George.

Igboke earned his invitation on the back of his impressive performance for Rangers this season.

The Flying Antelopes took to the social media to celebrate his invitation.

“Dear Kenneth Igboke, Congratulations on your first National team call-up for next month’s 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying matches against South Africa and Benin Republic. We’re incredibly proud of you and confident you’ll make us all proud. “Best of luck, Igboke.”

The left-back is expected to arrive Super Eagles’ camp this weekend.

The Super Eagles will entertain Bafana Bafana at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo on Friday, June 7.
