Buhari condoles with Emir of Katsina over wife’s death

President Muhammadu Buhari has placed a telephone call from London to the Emir of Katsina, Alhaji Abdulmumini Usman, over the death of his mother, which occurred on Saturday.

A statement issued by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Mr. Femi Adesina, said the President condoled with the traditional ruler and urged him to take solace in the fact that Hajia Aminatu Mai Babban Daki lived a good life, devoted to serving Allah and humanity.

“Please be comforted. May Allah accept her soul,” the statement quoted the President as saying.
The deceased was survived by nine children, and has been buried according to Muslim rites.
Also the Nasarawa state Governor, Umaru Tanko Al-Makura has commiserated with the Emir of Katsina Abdulmumini Usman over the death of his mother.

A statement signed by  Ahmed Tukur Special Assistant Media and Publicity to governor Al-makura says that the late Aminatu  will be missed by many especially her compassionate care and love for the less privilege in the society.
Late Hajiya Amina died on Saturday February 25th  2017.

Al-Makura expressed his sympathy to Katsina state  government , the Emirate council and the entire  people of Katsina state as he join them in mourning late Hajiya Aminatu  whose modest cheerful , compassionate   lifestyle will ever remain a source of inspiration to others.
He prayed to Almighty God to grant her Aljannati Firdausi and urged the family to take heart and continue to pray for the repose of her soul.
