The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal, on Monday adjourned the pre-hearing session of the Labour Party and it’s presidential candidate, Peter Obi, against the president-elect, Bola Tinubu, and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
The chairman of the Tribunal, Justice Haruna Tsammani, announced the adjournment of the session till Wednesday May 10, 2023,murging all parties to file necessary applications and clarify issues before next hearing.
