The Crocodiles of Lesotho a while ago arrived Nigeria’s commercial nerve centre Lagos day ahead of a dead rubber Nation’s Cup qualifying match against Super Eagles.
Already, Nigeria’s Super Eagles have qualified but Lesotho being at the bottom of group L won’t be at Cameroon for 2022 continental showpiece.
While Super Eagles beat Benin one nil at Port Novo on Saturday, Lesotho played out a goalless draw versus Sierra Leone on match day five of the qualifier.
Dead rubber match is a competitive game with no effect on the qualification or next stage chances of either of the teams involved.
