The Senate President Ahmad Lawan has just read President Muhammadu Buhari’s letter for confirmation of Prof. Mahmood Yakubu as the Chairman of Independent National Electoroal Commission (INEC) for a second term.
Lawan read the letter on the floor of the Senate’s plenary on Tuesday.
