Former governor of Rivers state and incumbent Nigeria’s Minister of Transportation Rotimi Amaechi on Saturday formally declared his readiness to contest as President in the 2023 general elections.
Amaechi made this known during a rally organised by the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Portharcourt, Rivers state capital.
