APC gets 2 Senators in Jigawa

Professor Ahmed Baita Garko, the Returning Officer of Jigawa North- east Senatorial zone has declared the current Deputy Governor, Barrister Ibrahim Hassan as the winner of the recently concluded election. He scored 183,000 votes to defeat his challenger, the current serving Senator Ubale Shutu who polled 103,000 votes. 

Also declared was the North- west senatorial seat that was won by Danladi Sankara of the APC after polling 286,655 votes while Nasiru Umar Roni of the PDP polled 110,314 votes.

Jahun/Miga Sa’idu Miga (APC) won by polling 55,241 votes to defeat Dr. Tafida Abubakar of (PDP)  who polled 28,707 votes.

Ibrahim Kamfani of APC won the Hadejia/Auyo/Kafin Hausa federal constituency seat with 70,388 votes, while jibrin Babangida of PDP polled 34,143 votes.

‎Nazifi Sani of the APC won the Gagarawa/Gumel/Maigatari/Suletankarkarfederla constituency after polling 75,975 to defeat Nasiru Muhammad Roni of PDP that scored 38,881 votes.

In Kirikasanma/Guri/ Birniwa federal constituency, Abubakar Fulata of APC polled 63,884 to defeat AbbaDaguro that scored 25,447 votes.
