Akwa Ibom: False accusations, blackmails, won’t stop Eno from performing – Aide

The senior special assistant to the Akwa Ibom state governor on Research and Documentation, Dr Essien Ndueso, has harped on the need to promote unity of purpose regardless of political affiliation.

He noted that no meaningful development thrives in an atmosphere of disharmony and chaos.

Dr Ndueso who spoke during a live radio interview programme, “Akwa Ibom Mandate” on Planet FM, Wednesday in Uyo described Governor Eno as a detribalised and peaceable leader who was focused on even spread of development projects and programmes across the state.

He said no level of blackmails and spurious accusations can distract Governor Eno on his drive to transform the state in line with his ARISE Agenda blueprint.

The governor’s aide urged Akwa Ibomites to disregard such notions of nepotism and ethnicity, but join hands to promote the peace being enjoyed in the state.

The senior research aide to the governor lauded his leadership approach in dealing with people across other political divides.

He stated that Governor Eno charged his newly appointed aides to emulate his lifestyle of  showing respect to other leaders and embracing people across party lines.
