An articulated truck has reportedly crashed into a commercial bus and a Toyota Camry, killing five persons in the process.
The incident was said to have occurred Monday night in Okpella community, Etsako East local government area of Edo state.
The truck which was said to be coming from Abuja axis of the road reportedly lost control while descending and crashed into the Toyata Camry and the 14 seater bus.
Edo state Sector command of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Paul Okpe, who confirmed the accident said five persons died.
Okpe said: “The truck was on the hill and so many factors may have been responsible for it.”
