Tinubu to attend burial of 17 soldiers killed in Delta ‘s Okuama

 

 The Nigerian Army is set to bury 17 of its personnel who were killed while on a peace mission in Okuama community, Delta state.

They would be buried on Wednesday at 3pm at the National Military Cemetery, Abuja.

The solemn ceremony, organised by the Nigerian Army will be a  moment of remembrance and respect for the fallen heroes. 

The Chief of Defence Staff, Gen. Christopher Musa, had since directed the immediate investigation and arrest of those involved in the heinous crime.

Spokesman of the Army, Onyema Nwachukwu, stated that President Bola Tinubu would be present as a Special Guest of Honour to pay last respect to the fallen heroes.
