Tbe Federal Fire Service (FFS) has urged residents in Ijegun Ikotun, in Alimosho area of Lagos to steer clear of the explosion scene.
The Service said it has mobilised firefighters to the pipeline explosion scene which occurred Wednesday.
In a statement made available to newsmen in Abuja on Thursday by the spokesperson of FFS, DSF Ugo Huan, said men of the “Federal Fire Service and other emergency responders were battling to extinguish the fire resulting from the pipeline explosion at Ijegun ikotun, in Alimosho LGA of Lagos state. Residents around the scene are advised to steer clear of the explosion scene.”
