Super Eagles captain Ahmed Musa has walked away from Turkish Super Lig club Sivasspor after he claimed he has not been paid for six months.
This week, the Turkish club announced his contract was terminated by mutual consent.
It was learnt that in December Ahmed Musa had submitted to the club a month’s notice of his decision to quit.
His contract was due to run out in June.
The 31-year-old forward can now move to another club as a free agent.
