Nigeria’s Super Falcons striker, Asisat Oshoala, has taken to Instagram to pay tribute to late singer, Ilerioluwa Aloba aka Mohbad who died in September.
The FC Barcelona striker who netted brace at the weekend, dedicated her goals to the late Afrobeats star.
Recall that Mohbad, who became famous for his “KPK (Ko Por Ke)” and “Feel Good” hit songs, died controversially at the age of 27 on September 12, 2023.
His death has attracted series of speculations that led to the police exhuming his body for more investigation into the cause of his untimely demise.
While the cause of the singer’s death is yet to be officially determined or announced by the appropriate authorities, Mohbad continues to be celebrated by well-wishers.
In honor of Mohbad, Oshoala took to her Instagram page to write, “Double for Imole. keep resting young king #LightBoy.”
