Award-winning star, Burnaboy has blasted his fans that attended his concert in Lagos state.
Oluwa Burna who was supposed to perform on Sunday night appeared late on Monday morning.
Burna Boy stated that he would have gone home if it hadn’t been for another singer, Seyi Vibez.
Speaking in Pidgin English, he said, “If no be Seyi Vibez, I for just don dey go house. But I dey here with una, after you na don talk sey I kill person for Cubana, after una don talk say my mama dance for Fela.”
Reacting to his lateness a Twitter user, @Emeka Innocent said, “If you’re loved at home, you won’t be outside at 3am waiting for another human being to sing to you. Clearly, you have no valuable use of your time and deserve any nonsense you see.”
Ayoade tweeted another update. He said, “The band is playing and Burna Boy appears on stage at 3:30. All is forgiven and the crowd cheers. No lesson learnt.”
Nnma Moore said, “Nobody like Burna Boy, I’m sorry. The wait, absolutely worth it.”
