An aspirants vying for the Ifelodun LCDA chairmanship position, Hon. Nurudeen Olatunbosun Koleosho, has reiterated his desire to ensure that the people of Ifelodun LCDA, in Lagos state gets the best in terms responsible and responsive governance, when he becomes the council boss.
In a chat with journalists in his campaign office, Koleosho, who is currently the vice-chairman of Ifelodun LCDA, said that the socio-economic fortunes of every resident of the local government must be guaranteed and protected by the government, through good governance, irrespective of tribes and religions.
“Even at the local government levels, the people deserve responsible and responsive governance. Their inalienable rights to basic social and welfare amenities such as good roads, quality education, drinkable water, clean and hygienic environment must not be compromised.
“However, that’s not been the case with previous administrations in Ifelodun LCDA. My people have been made to suffer from the inadequacies of past administrators. All that would change if I get my party ticket and eventually win the coveted seat as Ifelodun LCDA Chairman,” Koleosho said.
He added that his party, the All Progressive Party, is continually committed to the welfare and betterment of Nigerians.
