LUTH CMD pledges world class services

 

The Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) has said following recent development that saw the acquisition and upgrade of equipment and facilities in the institution, it is poised to offer world class medical services to  patients and improve the working environment and welfare of its staff. 

Chief Medical Director of LUTH, Professor Wasiu Adeyemo, who urged professionalism among staff and cordial relationship with visitors to the hospital, said as the country’s leading teaching health institution, it cannot afford to lower its standard. 

The CMD spoke at the third International LUTH Conference  on Ethics and Professional Practice held at Idi Araba in Lagos.

He charged head of units to be alive to their responsibility and affirmed that effectively managed units will transform to good image for LUTH.

Professor Adeyemo said, “As management,  we will come around, so it is expected  of head of unit and department.”
