Kogi assembly majority leader bags outstanding leadership, advocacy for Women’s rights award

A Florida-based academic institution, the prestigious PAL University, has conferred an Honorary Doctorate on Hon. Sulieman Abdulrazak, the Majority Leader of the Kogi State House of Assembly.
