Officials (mainly Adhoc staff) of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) have started moving sensitivity electoral materials from Registration Area (RACs) to their various polling units at Government Science Technical College Okaka in Bayelsa state.
Blueprint reports that accreditation and voting are yet to start as at 8.30am on Saturday November 11, 2023 in most of the voting areas.
