The Spiritual Director, Holy Ghost Adoration Ministry, Uke, Anambra State, Rev. Fr. Emmanuel Obimma (Ebube Muonso), has lashed politicians in the country over alleged selfishness and nepotism.
Obimma, who was speaking at a Thanksgiving service to mark the end of the year monthly prayer session of the United Traders Association (UTA) at Blessed Iwene Tansi parish Umudioka in Dunukofia local government area, regretted that political leaders were placing their interest above those of the masses.

“There  are people who have more than enough but their problem is greed, consummative ideology, let them share what is due to the common masses such as amenities. Today those of them in power  hide everything to themselves they are selfish and wicked to the extent that the allocation money are not been shared equitably.

“We see the high rate of tribalism, Nepotisim, suppression , intimidation and selfishness tell me how a country will go forward with such attitude of life” he added.
According to him, inequitable distribution of National allocation, wickedness and corruption have become the order of the day especially in Nigeria.

Speaking in an interview, the President of UTA, Mrs Nkiru Duru, called on government to design a special program that will help to alleviate poverty among the Widows in the country.
