The Supreme Court has upheld the verdict of the Presidential Election Petition Court on the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) 25% decision.
Supreme Court on Thursday stroke out the appeal by the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar and his Labour Party counterpart, Peter Obi.
They had appealed that president Bola Tinubu’s failure to secure 25% in FCT before being declared as the winner of 2023 presidential election.
